I had chosen Window World since they were local and after reading the the reviews. Initially I had gone to the closest office to look at the product and found out by the receptionist that we had to go the Montoursville office. She gave me the number and answered all my questions. Our salesman Jeremy was excellent in showing all the features and helping us with the paperwork. We were told they were 6 to 8 weeks out and right on time. The 3 man crew that installed the 14 windows in one morning were great. They were very efficient and when they left everything was cleaned up like they were never here. I would definitely recommend Window World they have excellent customer service no matter which office you go to and a great installation crew and I love my new windows.
