The door with a dog door is awesome! The whole process of ordering the door from meeting with the sales representative to final installation was easy and stress free! The men made sure that they did not soil the carpet by covering the carpet, the installation was done within a couple of hours, there was not any dirt or left-over pieces of wood from the parts that they took down and replaced with new. They took the time to explain how the dog door worked and how to cover it when the dogs were not allowed outside.
